Your documents stay on your device

dotinvoice has no accounts and no database. Everything you type into a builder, including client details, logos and signatures, is processed in your browser. It is never sent to our servers, and PDFs are created on your device.

What is stored locally

To save your work between visits, drafts, your saved business, clients, items, logo, signature and document counters are kept in your browser's local storage. Clear them any time with Reset in a builder, or by clearing site data in your browser settings. Use Back up (JSON) in the More menu to keep a copy.

Sponsors and links

Sponsored placements are labelled and are plain links. They never appear in exported documents. Following a sponsor link takes you to that sponsor's site and its own policies.

dotinvoice lays out documents. It does not provide legal, tax or accounting advice and does not verify compliance with any country's invoicing rules.
